The management is led by the founder Dr. Marshall Reddick. Mr. Reddick started the business as a platform for eradicating poverty among the middle class individuals in the country. From his vision to alleviate poverty, he has been able to reach out to many individuals including over 50,000 members of his organization. Mr. Reddick has a doctorate in marketing and was a lecturer of marketing at the California state university for a period spanning over thirty years. He is also accredited as a great real estate speaker and has received recognition from the national speakers association.

The company’s director of operations is Mr. Nelson. He is responsible for management of every investment group, brokerages and real estate service relationships. He is also charged with overseeing the investor’s transactions. Mr. Nelson has been a keen investor and at 23 he was able to acquire his first property. Over the years he has managed to acquire a bit more property. Before he joined Marshall Reddick Real Estate Network, he was able to found his own company that also aimed at eradicating poverty among the youth. The company, going by the name of crochet kids was aimed at helping people alleviate poverty in their lives by creating sustainable economic development programs aimed at supporting holistic growth of individuals and the communities that they are serving in developing nations.  On his free time, Mr. Nelson is a yachting enthusiast. He serves on that racing council of the skipper board for the Newport harbor yacht club. He has been serving in the council for a considerable period of time.

He studied at Vanguard University. At the university, he was a student of business marketing as well as kinesiology where he received a bachelor’s degree. He has served the MRREN organization in capacity as a director and his tenure has been accredited with the growth that the company is currently experiencing.

The director of marketing at the institution is Mr. Scott pastel. He has over six years at the company. He has successfully negotiated for the purchase of property for many members and has proven to be an invaluable member of the management team.
